It might be cool to put it with some modern dining chairs; but I'm not sure yet. These are from Room and Board (ouch.) but I found serious replicas at Fry's Marketplace, who knew, for 12.50!
This one is from Wal Mart folks, 35 bucks. I think I'll get one even if I don't decide to use them for my dining chairs.
Last night I bought a TV stand and put it together. I insisted that Zach not help, and then of course I put a piece on upside down. I fixed it, with minimal smart ass comments from Zachary. Marla helped by attacking all of her new found nemesi: the plastic bags and cardboard material from my Target trip. I slept soundly last night knowing she got those guys under control.

Walmart will be your best friend, and will always do in a pinch. I love those chairs, and yes paint the table white, you may need to sand it a little and use a primer first... Marla is your protector against cardboard prowlers and evil paper.
