This is when I was sautéing the peppers and onions. Don't worry if you don't know what "sauté" means, my advanced culinary vocabulary is hard to understand sometimes. My gift is my curse.

And here is the finished product. I used whole wheat tortillas, and light sour cream to cut on some calories. Yes, that's how we chefs are, we can simply adjust recipes to our liking. It just takes practice, you'll learn.
Zach raved about my fajitas. Although it should be noted that I could serve dogfood and brussel sprouts and he would still act like it was the most delicious meal his taste buds have ever had the pleasure of experiencing.

Later, I seriously beat him at Scrabble so badly I almost couldn't gloat.
These are cell phone pictures you might have noticed. I am currently accepting donations towards a digital camera. For just a few dollars a day, you can give an administrative assistant a new camera. Don't let this opportunity pass.

It looks amazing! I'm usually giving disclaimers about the presentation, "sorry it really does taste good!" Lol to the beating Zach so badly you almost can't gloat! I hate you as a winner.
Isn't it sad how concentrated he looks? I believe this is right after I put "hazy" on a triple word score. Poor thing.
I'll have to get your recipe for fajitas, those look awesome. Poor Zachary, take pity on him. He's only a man. :)

Let us keep in mind that you have yet to beat me, the true Scrabble champion...
Your fajitas look delish, when will you be having Chris and I over for a dinner party?
