I promise you I am MUCH cuter in person than that picture portrays! Thank you Erica for the spotlight. It was the most awkward thing (that being the proposal) that has ever been done to me, lol. There is also something to be said about the power that the "ring" bestows. I feel like Frodo, it's taking over my being...and it must be destroyed.
Oh I'm going to cry! My little Malia is engaged to be married...I guess my dream of Malia marrying Chad Hatch will remain only a dream, my hat is off to you and the very lucky young man....he better damn well appreciate your culinary arts, especially those that lean towards the bakery items.
I guess this means you will become a permanent Utah fixture?
1. Under normal circumstances I'd be surprised, but Erica told me about this in December.
2. 'Awkward' is usually a term used to describe such sitations like when Hargis caused a 8 car pile up while driving drunk and naked down the i-10. I don't think you're supposed to use it to describe the day you got proposed to.
