* Two Things I Hate Today *
- When someone calls you, and when you pick up the phone they're in mid sentence talking to someone they're with. Then on your second "HELLO?!" they say "Oh hey hold on." Hey effer, didn't you just call me?
- Any food that presents you with a foil cover over the opening AFTER you've already worked the cap off. Listen up Macayo's Salsa from Fry's. I just gave myself a palm burn untwisting your white plastic cap and now I've got this foil to get through?! And there are NO edges and therefore NOTHING to grab onto, and once I finally get a sliver of something to pull I'll inevitably use my teeth without thinking and biting foil HURTS!! Forget you salsa.

LOL. My favorite part was the "palm burn". It makes you so mad, but you know the task at hand still isn't finished so you have to tough it out! Although Macayos salsa reminds me of Belview Circle, and it's good, therefore a pride of lions could be around it and I would still go in.
Excedrin Migraine is exactly the same way. You finally get the child-proof cap off, and they surprise you with cotton and/or a cylinder of preservative which is larger than the actual bottle opening. It's probably a conspiracy to get you to need more meds. We should write a letter.
Malia, "pride of lions" made me chuckle for a solid minute. You did love the food at Bellview Circle didn't you? I don't know why though...blog it.

The first one, that happens to me ALL the time at work. Then i get like 2 other calls while this guys just takin his sweet time chattin it up. Like Ive got nothing better to do. Irritating.

i just read your blog out loud to Devin. he laughed really hard. and then he read over my shoulder and laughed before i got to the funny part so i knew he was reading ahead of me so i made him sit on the couch where he couldn't see the computer and listen. I don't know if he liked that part so much but i know that i like your blog, and that somehow it was a part of dev and i's saturday night together. p.s. let me know when you are done with hp. we must discuss. perhaps this saturday at the shark week party? i think i'll bring sweedish fish. thats sharky right?
So I already said this on Rachel's, but I thought I would tell you too. The theme of the food for Shark Week Kick-off Party is "bites." Like bagel bites, chicken bites, tater tot..bites. With lots of ketchup to imitate blood. It would be really awesome.
