...different story. Look at them, all happy as clams, ready for wings. I was frowning behind the camera, and scowling...and sneering.
When I pick where we eat, 90% of the time I choose Cafe Rio.

This picture is a little intense, hello forehead, but that is apropos because that's how I feel about the chicken salad, INTENSE. Just look how happy I am. It's like Christmas morning. The only bad thing about Cafe Rio is I feel like I should be wearing temple garments in order to get in. And I think they check.
In other news, Happy Birthday Danica!

Isn't she pretty? This lovely picture was taken by her talented aunt Kristal.

I share your hatred for Native. I've said it before, I feel like the dishes are being washed with bath water, and the food is always room temperature. Now Cafe Rio, that's another story.
I don't hate native, but I will admit I was dissapointed that they put one out here in Laveen, out of all the restaurants we need, Native, really? By the way I finally updated my blog.
As if you 2 aren't food snobs.
lol Rachel you're just mad because you would live at Native if you could.
Lol. Very true. I am a little defensive about my manly taste buds.
Thanks for the birthday post! That picture is also a little "intense". I have to admit it doesn't really feel like my birthday or the 4th without the holbrook waterfall finale and texas sheet cake.
I feel like you can only go to Native in high school with a bunch of boys who eat like 40 wings at once. I do like wings but I prefer Barros. Try going to Cafe Rio in Provo, then you really feel like you have to take you recommend! They do have a great thing going with that salad.
Dang Dani's hot! Um, ok, I have to say, I do enjoy a little Native New Yorker...or I did that is, until my friend saw that they reserve old food!!!! AHHH!!! But yes, I agree, I ALWAYS chose Cafe Rio when we're on the Eas Side. I love it so much I got 3 gift cards there for this last birthday. Oh, and yes, they do check for garments.
Thanks for posting a B-day post for Danica, I had one prepared but the dinasour computers at both the grandpas houses wont let me get pictures on. HELP! PS you can also be in a police uniform to get into the Cafe Rio - Go Sweet Pork Salad!!! (you need to convert over from the chicken)
amen to vonda's chicken to pork comment. Sweet Pork forever baby!
