I really HATE grocery shopping. It is my nemesis chore. Zach gets home before me, so he sometimes he goes without me. I really like it when he does that.
And beggars can't be choosers as my mom always told me.
But.
Yesterday I came home to the results of his most recent grocery store expedition:
- He went to Smart and Final for reasons only he could tell you. We now have enough food to feed all of the Jolie-Pitt children for a year.
- ...including a five gallon jar of Hot Cauliflower.
- He bought chicken thighs instead of breasts; which means I will be trying to choke down dark meat for the next 3 months.
- Did you know bags of chips come in mattress size?
He is such a helper.

Oh, I HATE chicken thighs. White breast meat is the only TRUE chicken.

WTH is hot cauliflower?! When Mike goes to the store he comes home with hummus and fish fry that sits in the cupboard for 3 years until I throw it away. And he always buys thighs too! Because they are cheaper.
Men. Give him a detailed list next time.
LOL at Heidi's comment because when I saw the hot cauliflower jars the first thing that came to mind was, "That looks like something you would see sitting on the counter at the Clouse House."
I kind of wanted to barf imagining eating the hot cauliflower. Who knew that something that horrendous even existed? I might bite the bullet and start shopping myself.
seriously i didn't know people buy hot cauliflower. i also didn't know people shop at smart and final. lol!!
Erica, I just got back from girls camp, where I learned that half of the people on the hike (that dont know you) check your blog and consider you a close personal friend.
I suggested you RUN FOR PRESIDENT!!! They are all in agreement.
