The festival puts on a mix of contemporary plays and Shakespearean plays. I signed us up for ONE contemporary play, The Secret Garden; despite the fact that most of the family goes to two or three plays during the three day weekend. My husband is not exactly a theater fan, so I thought I'd ease him in. Well The Secret Garden ended up being a straight-up two and a half hour musical. Here's how he looked afterwards:

Barely survived.
But we did other stuff so he was fine, including driving through Cameron, AZ on the way; which apparently is like a mecca for dirt bike riders; there's hills and crap I guess, I don't know.

The Don Hunsaker Memorial Golf Tournament was a big hit. Our team got second place! Despite our extreme disadvantage that was me being on the team:

Athleticism = me.
The whole golfing group, including my jaunty leg pose.

Winning team : one over par.

Losing team : eight over par. Whoops.

The FAT prairie dogs were my favorite part.

On Friday we went on a beautiful hike to Cedar Breaks. Totally amazing.

Really good tree climbers.

We ate at some really yummy places, large breadsticks were involved.

Thanks Shakespeare for the good times. And thanks Cedar City wind, you're annoying.

Ah, Utah's "Windy City." How I miss that place... I'm glad you guys had fun!
Wonderous pictures, Caca. Just be glad I'm not on your golf team...you would have been at least a dozen over par.
Poor Zach enduring the hours and hours of musicality! I had no idea he was so miserable, he hid it quite well. What a good sport.
Lol, last photo.
And I love how your mom makes the most perfect food pictures.
Caca, you look like you are putting in wedges, lol.
I have already informed Zachito he will be seeing THREE Shakespearean plays next year.
LOVE the black, simple dress you're wearing in the secon photo :)
do you know where it's from?!
Looks like fun!
My friend introduced me to your blog the other day, and I love it!
What the. I can tell that you ate at the Pizza Factory by that breadstick. And I am really, really jealous.
Tegan - Forever 21. You can pretty much assume everything I wear is from 21 or Target. Because I am RICH.
