Did I ever say my official due date is November 12th? Zach wants her to come a day early so her birthday will be 11/11/11, because he's a nerd.
Other than the fact that sometimes it makes me want to take a nap, and I hate naps, I am loving this pregnancy gig. The perks:
Long, strong nails.
Feeling little baby kicks that get stronger and stronger.
Talking to and for the baby with Zach and saying super ridiculous things.
Zach making me laugh by saying things to me like, “Listen Preggo, why don’t you waddle yourself upstairs for awhile.”
Becoming hilariously aware of how much we don't know about newborns. I read newborn facts out loud to Zach out of my books, and then both of us just kind of stare at each other. For example, “We’re supposed to do 8 to 12 feedings a day!” *Wide-eyed staring.
Hanging up little baby girl clothes on little baby hangers and not even being able to stand how cute it is.

Those baby clothes are things of wonder and joy. Take pictures of them.
And I hate to reinforce your mania, but yes, 8-12 feedings sounds about right. :/

I keep telling my baby girl that she has three days she can make her debut:
October 31: Halloween is HUGE at my house and it would be fitting
November 5: Her due date and Guy Fawkes day. I have ideas about remixing the rhyme to make it about her
11/11/11: I'm ok with being a WEEK late just for this awesome birth date.
Obviously, I'm joking, but I can't help but think how awesome it is that she could arrive on either of those 3 dates.
A friend of ours have two children, born on 07/07/07 and 09/09/09, ridiculousness. Can't wait to meet her.
My birthday is 11/11 and I always wished I were born on 11/11/11. Because it's freaking cool. Regardless, this year my birthday will be the coolest day in the world. And maybe your baby will be born which will make it even cooler.
Lol, 8-12 times a day! That is totally insane, I mean not totally insane, because you're feeding a baby.
