Holbrook, Part One (yeah you're gettin' multiple parts, lucky.)

When the Holbrook drive becomes five hours rather than the allotted three hours due to Labor Day traffic, things get messy. Me: grumpy. Zach/Griffin: bonding. Things Griffin and Zach discussed, all of which would not have interested me even if I wasn't brooding in the front seat:
--Slayer and other bands that I hate.
--Including their shared theory that only Metallica's old stuff is any good.
--Slingshots ("Don't shoot it without a marble!!" --Z&G to me as I fiddled with the apparently sacred toy. I mean weapon.)
--Shooting birds with slingshots.
--Their predictions in mock Erica voices of my complaints should we stop to fish (All of them correct.)
--The genius that is Johnny Knoxville and Jackass.

You can't see it that well, but there were lots o' cars and brake lights.

That absolutely made my life complete..ah the beauty of Holbrook and smashing coins (which I have never done!) The pictures of the trains and the waiting are priceless. Enjoyed the car commentary beyond belief and laughed outloud. That sweet picture of Hailey! Is she wearing a cheerleading outfit?

--Mama...I love Holbrook!!!

Yes it is a Broncos cheerleader outfit. She had some impressive moves on the trampoline in that getup.

This makes me miss Holbrook and those teepees in all it's glory. Hailey is adorable. And I wish I were there with you to refute the 'genius of Johnny Knoxville and Jackass.' That must be a guy thing.

Agreed. Jackass is disturbing. However, I kind of think Johnny Knoxville is hot. I know, I know.
