Are you sick of my birthday yet?

The self absorption continues here at Tartraz as I post more pictures from my birthday celebrations. Yesterday my mom, my aunt Chris, and the brother Griffster decorated my apartment, showered me with gifts and took me to dinner.

Here's Griffin, thrilled to be posing in front of some of the festive party decor.

Our family thinks greeting cards are the finest form of comedy around. At every event, we all huddle around the person opening gifts, waiting with baited breath as he or she tears open an envelope to expose the inevitable goofy card.

Then we all crack up at how clever we are to find such a clever card and proceed to pass the card around to everyone at the party insisting they soak in every detail of Hallmark's genius. Aaaah, another excellent contribution to my collection, thank you Chris.

My mom gave me this wonderful bedside table that I've been eyeing for quite some time at Target, as well as the perfect lamp to accompany it. Today I shall buy a worthy alarm clock to sit next to the lamp.

We went to Kona Grill for yummy food and hilarious conversation. Mom thought the waitress was a little "snippy".

Thanks guys, I love you!

Aw, we love you too, Caca. I mean it when I say you are the 'best of the best'. And the waitress was not that snippy, your Mom is silly.

I loved watching "Extras" with you and your Mom, I enjoy things more when I can watch them with people that have the SAME EXACT sense of humor as me. Yeah, I'm selfish that way.

I love that pic of you three.

Extras is so hysterical. Thank you for bringing it into our lives. I told Zach all about it, and we'll be watching the remainder of the dvds asap.

Worthy alarm clock indeed. You pegged our card humor, and we do exchange the best cards...Chris went above board this year.

Griffin has been looking through all your posts cackling, especially the one about boys vs malls.

Hilarious! I've wanted that table forever and at Target with James on Saturday he told me it wasn't my birthday so I couldn't have it!
