He went to check it out, and then he came back.
E – “Well?!”
Z – “Pegs was having a showdown with another cat.”
E – “Another cat is in the house?!!!”
Z – “No. Go to sleep.”
This was confusing, and I was half asleep. But the next morning I got the details. Apparently a black cat was sitting on our porch and staring at Pegs through the window, so Pegs was growling, aggressively pacing, banging the vertical blinds against the window and generally just freaking out. Understandable, because how dare that cat sit there and LOOK AT HER.

And that’s pretty much it. But some time you should ask Zach to do his angry cat impression because it made me laugh really hard and not be able to breathe.
This is kind of turning into a cat blog. Inevitable.

Since I don't technically know you or Zach, and I don't live in the same state as you, therefore cannot ask him to do his angry cat impression for me.....
You should video tape it and post in on your blog.
I'm just sayin'!
You are sooooo your mother's daughter....
Yes, she is, isn't she Allison? And Pegs is very fierce like her Uncle(?) Fatness.
Haha! Yes, like mother, like daughter. That is awesome. And I love that Pegs is such a brave cat- defending the home.
LOL, dying of laughter.
Hahahaha!!!!
Pets are funny things which definitely dramatise your life. Sometimes causing moments such as this..
Thanks for sharing another fab story Erica :)
Love the picture :)
Finally you are embracing your destiny...blogging about cats.
