Zach's Hair.
Zach is growing out his hair. The problem is Zach's hair doesn't so much grow "out" as it does grow "up". The other problem is, it's hideous. Me and Microsoft Paint present you with an artistic rendition:

Ugh, I hate grown out husband hair. When Philip's gets long, it goes out, not up, and it looks like a lego man hair.
